Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tackle, a mobile application and related services developed by Seven5SevenCo Labs and operated by SEVEN5SEVEN CO., LLC ("Tackle," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Tackle, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. Tackle is not intended for children under 13. A parent or guardian should manage participation for younger family members.

Households and shared content

Tackle allows users to create or join a shared household/workspace. Household owners can invite members and may have additional management permissions. Content added to a household may be visible to other members of that household. You are responsible for choosing what information you share.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tackle to violate law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, harass others, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, comments, and task information. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve Tackle and provide the service to your household.

Shared household history

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove shared household content that other members rely on. We may preserve shared Tackles, comments, photos, and history while removing or anonymizing the deleted user's identity, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tackle+ and subscriptions

If Tackle+ is offered, subscription terms, pricing, billing period, renewal information, and available features will be shown in the app and applicable app store. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through your app store account. Store policies and applicable subscription-service terms may also apply.

Safety and professional services

Tackle is an organizational tool, not professional repair, safety, legal, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical, or other expert advice. Some tasks may require licensed or qualified professionals. You are responsible for evaluating risks and choosing appropriate help.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect service reliability, security, and plan boundaries.

Disclaimer

Tackle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SEVEN5SEVEN CO., LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tackle. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Tackle at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Tackle evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
